Code of Conduct for Students

Sushma Patil Senior Night College expects all students to maintain discipline, integrity, and respect, contributing to a healthy and productive academic environment.

General Discipline

  • Students must behave responsibly and respectfully on campus.
  • Maintain punctuality and regular attendance in lectures and practicals.
  • Follow instructions given by faculty and college authorities.

Academic Integrity

  • Maintain honesty in examinations and assignments.
  • Malpractice, plagiarism, or cheating is strictly prohibited.
  • Students must complete academic work independently.

Campus Behavior

  • Ragging, harassment, or discrimination in any form is forbidden.
  • Respect college property and maintain cleanliness.
  • Use of mobile phones during lectures is discouraged.

Dress & Identity

  • Students should follow decent and appropriate dress code.
  • College Identity Card must be carried at all times.
  • Entry without valid ID may be restricted.

Safety & Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and harmful substances are strictly banned.
  • Any activity endangering safety will lead to disciplinary action.
  • Students must follow safety instructions on campus.

Disciplinary Action

  • Violation of rules may result in warnings or penalties.
  • Serious misconduct can lead to suspension or expulsion.
  • College authorities’ decision shall be final.
